How to Make This Turkey Sausage Rice Soup
First, heat a large stock pot over medium heat and add the oil. Once heated, add the turkey sausage and cook, stirring, until browned.
Add the onions and cook until onions are translucent, then add the garlic and seasonings and cook until soft and fragrant.
Pour in the broth, stirring to combine, and bring to a boil, then add the cauliflower rice and simmer until softened, about 5 minutes.
Stir in the kale to wilt, then add the coconut cream. Stir to combine, then taste and season with salt and pepper, or more red pepper as desired. Simmer for another minute to combine flavors and serve hot.
